Embracing the Elements
As a competitive snowboarder, cyclist, marathon runner and recreational surfer, my passions, hobbies and loves are being outside in the extreme conditions and taking every bit that Mother Nature hands me. 

After being a fitness director and instructor for 15 years this is the perfect way to share my passion for the outdoors and fitness. There is nothing better than getting out there early and teaching classes on the beach in the elements. I have been able to incorporate my background in sports conditioning, strength training, yoga, Pilates and personal training into these Boot Camp routines and I am truly lucky.

At Get Out There! Fitness, I am committed to getting you in the best shape of your life. I will provide you with the opportunity, instruction and tools to achieve any level of fitness you desire. Whether you want to improve your conditioning, lose weight, run a marathon or have some other fitness goal, I can help you get there.

I will encourage you to push yourself past your limits - your physical limitations as well as your mental limitations - and to reach for more from yourself all the time. And perhaps best of all, I'll make sure you have fun in the process. There are no boring workouts at Get Out There! Fitness!

No Egos!
When you join Get Out There! Fitness you become part of a team of fitness-minded people who challenge, support and sometimes razz each other. The group dynamic is lively, positive and very friendly. We aren't afraid to work hard, break a sweat (or break a nail!) and get dirty. We're all human. We all have good days and bad. We are all fallible and we can all laugh at ourselves. No perfect, preening fitness gods and goddesses here!
