Where do classes meet?
We meet at a different location in The Kennebunks every day. Our regular locations include the local beaches, parks and playgrounds. A weekly schedule is sent out announcing the locations.

What should I bring to class?
I recommend you bring water, a large towel and make sure to wear a comfortable pair of running shoes.

Do I have to be in shape to join?
No. My goal is to get you into great shape. I will "meet" you at your current level of fitness and provide the opportunity, instruction and tools to take you to whatever fitness level you desire.

What is a typical class?
Although each class is different, you will always get a challenging, full-body workout. Classes may include fitness games, circuits, relay races, partner/team competitions, shuttles and ladders. Specific exercises may include running / walking, body weight exercises (push-ups, dips, squats, etc.,) stairs, polymetrics, hills, balance and agility exercises, core work, stretching and more. We "play" with fitness toys like medicine balls, resistance bands, tires, ropes and sandbags.

How much running do you do?
Classes are set up to allow everyone to challenge themselves at their own pace. You will always have the option of running or walking.

How will I know if I am making any progress?
You will absolutely make progress in these classes and we will keep track of just how far you've come. We offer workouts specifically designed to measure and chart your physical progress "on the field." And "off the field," we offer body fat testing that records your BMI, Body Fat and Body Measurements.

What do you do if it rains or snows?
We "Get Out There!" anyway! A thunderstorm or unsafe driving conditions are about the only thing that will cancel classes. I promise that you will be amazed at the increased level of camaraderie and heightened sense of accomplishment when you workout in inclement weather!

I am a self-motivated athlete, will I get anything out of your class?
Absolutely! Everyone can challenge themselves at their own fitness level. I will encourage you to dig deep to reach your maximum effort so you will get maximum results.

When can I start?
Each 4-week session is designed with a progression, but you can start at anytime you would like and your fee will be prorated. Check the What's New section on the Overview page for the start date for next session.

What if I decide outdoor fitness classes are not for me?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or you get your money back!
